Just to recap before we find you the perfect tenant, you will require the following, which we can assist with if required.  

  • Gas Safety check (if applicable)
  • Electrical Safety check
  • Carbon Monoxide Alarm (if applicable)
  • Smoke alarm on every floor
  • Legionella check
  • EPC

What we require from you:

  • Proof that the property is owned by you ie mortgage statement, property deeds.
  • If mortgaged, proof of buy-to-let
  • Landlords building Insurance to cover tenants
  • Passport/I.D
  • National Insurance numbers
